• Expertise and capital to master plan and develop the
TC III Site
• Expressed interest in developing a hotel on the site
adjacent to the PACC
• Reiterated the importance of building the PACC to
support the investment and development
• Identified the importance of master planning the TC III
site with the construction of the PACC and the hotel

Hotel Development:
• City has been approached by a hotel developer to
purchase 2.5 acres of the TC I I I property to construct a
complementary hotel adjacent to PACC
• Discussions incorporated into the master planning of
the TC III site and negotiations with the respondent
developers
