6a - Medical Marijuana Public HearingFederal Way
On March 17, 2015, Council adopted a one-year moratorium on
medical marijuana -related businesses, collective gardens,
dispensaries, and other activities involved in the sale,
manufacture, or distribution of medical marijuana.
The moratorium takes effect May 6, zo15.
Public Hearing on moratorium is required by State Law.
(RCW 35A.63.220)
Public Hearing is the public's opportunity to provide comment on
the moratorium.
