2o16 One Night Count showed a dramatic increase in
the homeless population.
Project Mission; Three Pronged Approach
• Coordination of service providers from the city and the
region.
• Provide care, compassion and referral of available
resources to those in need.
• Initiate the cleanup of encampments to address health,
safety, environmental concerns, and damage to public
and private property.

Moving Forward
Ensure we continue to follow all legal and ethical protocols
Continue to work with private property owners to provide
law enforcement, protection, and resource information
Come up with ways to mitigate reoccupation of sites,
especially in secluded/wooded areas
Foster communication with citizens and business owners
• Be open to receiving information from the community that
will assist us with the overall mission, while ensuring that we
are following all of the proper protocols, time lines, laws and
personal rights that are applicable
Continually search for new innovative solutions
