On June 3, 2014, Council Approved Resolution No. 14-665 authorizing the
Development of the Performing Arts and Conference Center (Since
renamed to the Performing Arts and Event Center.). Section 2 of the
Resolution states:
"The Mayor is authorized to enter into contracts up to $32, 750, 000.00 for the design
and construction of the PACC utilizing existing, anticipated and committed funding,
as well as a maximum three-year City inter -fund loan. "
