The stream crossing proposes to extend a sewer force main to public sewer from the southwest corner of parcel #142103 9043 across Joes Creek. The sewer will be laterally drilled a minimum of four feet below the creek bed pursuant to Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.145.320(2)(g).
