CONDITIONS:
Cond #1: Service connections for electrical and communication facilities shall be placed underground per section
16-48 of the Federal Way City Code.; Cond #2: Required Downspout, footing drains, and run-off from
impervious surfaces shall be tightlined to an approved storm drain connection as required per condition of the
attached plans. Public Works inspection is required prior to backfilling tightline trenches and connection into
the existing catch basin. Call 661-4131 for Public Works Inspeciton. Public Works staff must sign permit prior
to final building inspection.; Cond #3: Prior to any clearing or grading on a lot, the owner/builder shall install
temporary erosion/sedimentation control facilities approved by the City. These facilities must insure th dirt or
sediment laden water does not enter the public drainage system, adjacent lots or public streets. The
owner/builder bears the responsibility to maintain the facilities in proper working order, replacing as
