The Community Development Department has received your June 16, 2021, Short Plat application. The
proposal includes a short subdivision of one parcel into 2 residential lots.
NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION
Please consider this correspondence a formal Letter of Complete Application. According to Federal Way
Revised Code (FWRC) 18.30.050, the application is deemed complete as of the date of this letter. The complete
application determination is based on a review of your submittal relative to those requirements as outlined in
FWRC 18.30.030. The submittal requirements are not intended to determine if an application conforms to the
City of Federal Way codes; they are used only to determine if required materials have been submitted.
TECHNICAL REVIEW/NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Formal processing and review of your application will now begin. Technical review comments will follow at a
later date. Technical review comments may result in a request for additional information and revisions to
comply with applicable code requirements.
A Notice of Application must be published in the Federal Way Mirror, posted on site, placed on the city
website, and mailed to the persons receiving the property tax statements for all property within 300 feet of each
boundary of the subject property within 14 days of this letter. You will be contacted soon regarding placing the
public notice boards on the property.
