Dear Mr. Davis:
Please accept this letter and accompanying information as our request for a
Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezone request for the property former known as
the Bally’s Fitness Center, located at the southeast corner of 1st Avenue S and S 328th
Street.
We are specifically requesting a change from the current Comprehensive Plan and zoning
designations of Office Park (OP) to Multi-Family (RM-1800), which would match the
adjacent properties to the north and east, and would also be compatible with the adjacent
property to the south (RM-2400).
We would like to meet with City staff as soon as they are begin working on this request in
order to supplement the application with whatever information would be helpful.
