CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to final inspection, the door separating the ADU and the primary dwelling unit shall be re -located
consistent with the approved ADU plans. The "office" shall not be permitted as part of the ADU as it makes
the ADU more than the permitted 800 SF.
2. Prior to the final inspection, please return the signed and notarized Letter of Application & Deed
Restriction to Deb Barker, in accordance with note #9, of FWRC 19.200.180, in addition to a check for
recording fees payable to the City of Federal Way. Once the ADU is completed, City staff will record the
Letter of Application and Deed Restriction with King County. Recording fees will be based on King County
fees in effect at the time the final inspection has been approved.
