The Mirror Lake Highland (MLH) plat was preliminarily approved on 11/4/2008. The MLH final plat was approved on 9/26/2019. On 1.0/20/2020, at the request of Federal Way's planning department, the council approved the above -mentioned amendments to the CHO. Subdivision Note 5, on page 2 of the current MLH plat refers to the now rescinded Section 19.250.150 of the CHO. Absolutely nothing else on the original plat has changed. This request removes Subdivision Note 5 on page 2 of the plat to bring it into compliance with the Planning Department's requested amendment.
