Questions and discussion followed. G.Pavement Condition and Preservation Program Update Public Works Deputy Director Desiree Winkler reported road conditions and preservation efforts. Overall condition of roadways has been deteriorating, due to lack of funding over 10+ years. To maintain and/or preserve pavement, an excise tax on solid waste collection was enacted in September 2020.
