I. APPLICATION INFORMATION File Numbers: 17-104237-SE: Woodbridge Building “B” MDNS 17-104236-UP: Woodbridge Building “B” Use Process III Proponent: Federal Way Campus LLC, 11100 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 850 Los Angeles, CA 90025 Project Location: 3120 South 344th Street, Federal Way, WA Project Description: Woodbridge Building “B,” construction of a 45-foot-tall, 214,050 square- foot general commodity warehouse with 245 parking spaces and associated site work, including wetland fill, on a 16.85-acre site (parcel 6142600200), along with improvements to the right-of-way for Weyerhaeuser Way South. II. STAFF REPORT CRITERIA Pursuant to FWRC 19.70.090(1), the director shall prepare a staff report concerning the application or agency decision appeal containing the following: (a) All pertinent application materials, including any notice of appeal and any agency decision. a. (d) A statement of the facts found by the director and the conclusions drawn from those facts, including an analysis of any alleged errors or disputed findings or conclusions in an agency decision appeal. a. Response: A statement of the facts found by the director and conclusions drawn from those facts are included in the MDNS, the Staff Evaluation for Environmental Checklist, and the Use Process III Project Approval and Exhibit “A” (Findings for Project Approval), which are included as attachments to this report. Analysis of alleged errors and disputed findings or conclusions in the agency decision appeal will be presented during the appeal through prehearing motion practice, the hearing itself, and in any post-hearing briefing that may be required by the Hearing Examiner. (e) A recommendation on the matter. a.
