We have addressed the traffic comments from the City review letter dated June 7th, 2021 as follows:
Plan Comments:
1. As recommended, we have removed the proposed bioretention swale and storm system from
the north side of SW 366th St. We have, however, proposed establishment of a 10 foot wide
vegetated flow path with amended soils following BMP T5.13 to be installed along the north
side of the road improvements for stormwater control purposes.
Additional right-of-way has been shown to accommodate the 3 foot utility strip along 61h Ave.

The conceptual intersection illumination plan prepared by PSE to be submitted separately once
available.
4. See attached updated conceptual storm plan including a Flag lot driveway cross-section detail.
5. Driveway width callouts have been provided on the updated conceptual storm plan, as
requested.
