FWRC 19.270.030 Home Occupations Specifically: The residence has been converted to a business office. Business is not being conducted by a resident of the home. Outdoor storage of vehicles and materials associated with the business, vehicle activity/daily traffic exceeds what is allowed for home occupations in a residential zone. FWRC 19.270.050 Accessory Structures Specifically: Business related storage located in six storage sheds and portions of the garage may exceed the maximum of 1,000 square feet of use as allowed for home occupations in residential zones. FWRC 19.130.250 Parking and Storage of Commercial Vehicles in Residential Zones Limited Specifically: Commercial Box Van parked and stored on property.
