Should the Council authorize staff to submit a grant application for a transportation project?

Background Information
The WA State Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) has an annual grant program for street projects to improve safety, mobility, physical condition, and support economic development.
Staff met with TIB staff to review projects on the current Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP).
Concluded that SR99 @ S 373rd Street Roundabout and Access Management Project would be the most competitive under the safety and mobility categories.
