Verizon Wireless was approved for a franchise in order to install a small wireless facilities.
Request to install some small wireless facilities on existing street light poles.
This Master Lease will be modified with addendum (approved administratively) for each specific deployment.
Work guaranteed through performance and maintenance bonds.
Insurance consistent with city standards.

Wireless demand has seen exponential increase in past few years.
To be competitive, cities must keep up with technology.
Demand will be met through implementation of 5G networks.
