- work to resolve any resident felony issues with law enforcement

Conduct/Operation
- Manager/operator on premises 24/7 for emergency shelter
- No direct intake of residents w/o a referral
- Keep complete and accurate records
- Post all human & health services offered & schedule
-All residents shall comply with all local, state & federal laws
- No resident shall exhibit a threatening or unsafe behavior
- No resident shall use or sell illegal drugs
- Information regarding transit shall be made available to all residents
- Lighting required for internal common areas of emergency housing/shelter
