RE: AT&T’s Application for a Process II Site Plan Review in the City of Federal Way

Ms. Chapin,
Please find and accept the enclosed as AT&T’s Process II Site Plan Review Permit application
for collocation of new antennas on an existing PSE Utility pole in the ROW with ground
equipment on an adjacent private parcel:
Building Permit Application
Construction Drawings
Structural Tower Drawings
Land use Approval
AT&T is proposing to collocate new antennas on a PSE utility pole in the ROW and install the
ground equipment on adjacent private property. PSC will be replacing the utility pole with a 55’
utility pole and will be installing the antennas and ancillary equipment. AT&T is aware that a
Franchise Agreement for the equipment in the ROW will be required and requests that this be
made a condition of this Process II Site Plan Review.
The Telecommunications Act of 1996 requires local jurisdictions to act upon collocation
applications within 90 calendar days. This time period includes any appeal periods.
