(Smartlink) to submit for any and all required permits with the City of Federal Way
regarding Smartlink’s proposed project at the following location:
312633-162543: 29601 8th Ave SW, Federal Way, WA 98023
This written notice is being provided to inform you that AT&T has entered into a Master
License Agreement (MLA) with PSE. This MLA allows, under the specific terms and
conditions of the MLA, for the attachment of small cell facilities onto PSE facilities.
Under the MLA and upon review and approval of site specific information, as it relates to
PSE infrastructure and policy, AT&T will additionally enter into a Site License
Addendum (SLA) for each site having a small cell attachment.
