Hi Danielle, as part of the review process that went through me our hydraulics group reviewed the hydraulics report
with no comments, correct. I am your main point of contact for this project so any questions about status should always
go through me.
Official approval of the project comes when the developer agreement is complete, and I am currently waiting on an
internally circulated channelization plan for approval to get signatures by specially groups before I complete this
document.

Hi Duffy –
The City of Federal Way is asking for confirmation that WSDOT approved the impacts on the storm drainage within
WSDOT ROW. See below for comment provided:
#39. Prior to building permit approval, WSDOT approval of the project’s impacts on storm drainage
conveyance within WSDOT right-of-way shall be provided.
Eric Labrie from ESM reached out to Ramin Pazooki back in 2020, but never received a response. I was wondering if you
knew who the correct contact at WSDOT would be to confirm that there are no drainage concerns? We submitted a
hydraulics report back in October, but never received any comments on it. I also have included a link to the Full TIR

Ultimately, we need something in writing from WSDOT stating that they approve of the design. Please let me know if
you can assist this process in anyway. Appreciate the help!
