Description of Addendum
This addendum, issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-625, is required to
incorporate minor modifications to the zone charts for City Center
Core (CC-C) and Commercial Enterprise (CE).
A DNS was issued on August 27, 2021, for the initially proposed code
amendments and no SEPA mitigation was required. The city received and considered all comments on the
proposed code amendments and there were no appeals submitted. A SEPA addendum is needed to incorporate
minor modifications to the zone charts for City Center Core (CC-C) and Commercial Enterprise (CE).
No new or substantially different environmental impacts are anticipated.
Note: There is no noticing or comment period for this addendum pursuant to WAC 197-11-625.
