NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING

(Public Transportation Facilities)

The City of Federal Way’s City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at
6:30 p.m. via zoom at
https://cityoffederalway.zoom.us/j/685690722?pwd=VVYzdExiR1pickcveW5xTmJzTXd0QT09. The
City Council will hear testimony and provide a decision on a proposed text amendment to the Federal Way
Revised Code Title 19, “Zoning and Development Code” related to public transportation facilities.
The official file for this proposal is available for public review at the Community Development
Department (City Hall Permit Center, 33325 8th Avenue South, Federal Way, WA 98003) and online at

staff report will be available on Friday, October 1, 2021. Any person may submit written comments to
the City Council prior to the hearing, present written comments to the council during the hearing, and/or
may appear at the hearing to provide verbal testimony.
