Haul Route Proposal for:
Woodbridge Buildings A&B
Woodbridge Corporate Park

Project consists of construction of two new single-story commercial buildings. Scope involves clearing and
grading of site, utility installation and building construction.
We expect all work and hauling to take place between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Pending all approvals, we expect to commence work in March 2022.

The project will involve a number of different suppliers and trucking companies over the course of
construction for export/import of debris and fill; concrete placement; and delivery of materials and
equipment. At this time, most of those vendors and suppliers have not been identified, nor have full
specifications on trucks. It can be reasonably assumed we will employ tandem dump trucks for most
import/export, standard mixer trucks for concrete delivery, concrete pump trucks for placement, and
flatbed tractor-trailers for large materials deliveries (steel, rebar, etc.). There will also be at least two
mobilizations of a mobile site crane for construction use.
It is expected that all loading & offloading will occur on private property, with ingress to the site from the
northwest corner off of a private roadway accessed from Weyerhaeuser Way S and egress from the east
side onto Weyerhaeuser Way S just north of SR-18. The egress point will have a fully-stabilized construction
exit and a mechanical wheel wash.
All heavy construction traffic will access the site from either I-5 or SR-167 to SR-18 to Weyerhaeuser Way S.
