To whom it may concern:
We have performed an inspection of the Electrical system and a survey for the property
located at: 4115 Southwest 328th Street, Federal Way, WA 98023. The following is a
summary of our findings:
Summary:
• The house is safe and clear to enter. There are new tenants inside the building.
Panel: We found that there were two breakers that were oversized for the circuit.
We corrected these from 60A to 30Amps.
There were (3) missing KO seals. We corrected this.
C We updated the grounding for the service.
