I, Gary Chow, a licensed Electrical Journeyman and Administrator in the state of
Washington, Lic: CHOW*G*922MA, hereby certify that based on field inspections and
observations, it is my professional assessment that the electrical system at 2205 SW
304th St Federal Way 98023 is in safe working order and that the parts of the
residence in which work was performed is in compliance with current electrical code or is
safe as to not cause bodily harm or fire risk.
Work performed includes: (1) Safety check home for any electrical deficiencies, (2) update
grounding; including add two ground rods, run new ground wire for gas and water bond, (3)
Check panel for any deficient wiring due to modification.
This is a professional assessment based on a visual inspection of the accessible parts of the
electrical system.
