Per FWRC 1.15.080(4), should City Council
approve staff to place an assessment lien on the
property located at 30601 1st PI SW, Federal Way
in the amount of $4,320.34?
Background
• Long history of documented code violations dating back to April 5t" 2017.
• 1St abatement completed in April of 2020 totaling approximately $27,000. Property
had a lien placed on it.
• 2nd abatement process began on June 9, 2021 and completed on October 21, 2021
totaling $4,320.34.
