ANSWER 1:
· Applicant want to choose a fee-in-lieu payment pursuant to FWRC 18.55.060(2).

· The updated short plat drawing is not included tree depicted on the attached survey maps and
at the time of the building permit, tree/vegetation retention plan will be included in the
submitted drawings. In addition, I add a note saying “NOTE: At the time of building permit
application, the site plan for lot 1-4 must depict where the retained trees will be located per the
approved Tree Retention Plan. “ on the first sheet of short plat drawing.
ANSWER to Public Works, Kevin Peterson comments:
The site plan C-1 and C-2 are revised per City letter dated July 1, 2020 (See the revised street plan
attached).
