Special Session City Council
May 22, 1990 - 6:30 P.M.
A special session city council meeting, for the purpose of holding an
executive session, was called to order by Mayor Debra Ertel, on the
22nd day of May, 1990, at the hour of 6:30 p.m., at Federal Way City
Hall, 31132 28th Avenue South, Federal Way, Washington.
Councilmembers present: Deputy Mayor Mary Gates, Joel Marks, Jim
Handmacher, Lynn Templeton, Bob Stead and Jim Webster.
Councilmembers absent: None. Staff present: J. Brent McFall, City
Manager, and John Wallace, City Attorney.
The council discussed litigation issues and took no action.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
