Your department requested that we "Reverse" two of the house plans, specifically Lots 12 and 15, in order to get then further into the culde-sac like area of 14th Way S.W. We were more than happy to do this on Lot 15, and the permit was issued as a reverse plan. We talked your department into allowing us to proceed as planned on lot 12 as it tied in well with lot 11 which is already complete. We find at this time that the traffic on 14th Way S.W. is more of a concern than the aesthetics of that particular lot. We also feel that Lot 12 can be tied in with Lot 13 and provide a safer driveway. In addition to this there is a major underground transformer which would encroach on the driveway for Lot 12 if it is not reversed. We now request for the sake of minimizing our impact on traffic on 14th. Way S.W. that we be allowed to Reverse the house plan on Lot 12, as your department previously requested.
