CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION
DECEMBER 10, 1991

CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A City Council Study Session was called to order by Mayor Debbie
Ertel, on the 10th day of December, 1991, at the hour of 8:26 p.m.,
in Council Chambers, City of Federal Way, 33530 First Way South,
Federal Way, Washington. Councilmembers present: Jim Handmacher,
Lynn Templeton, Deputy Mayor Mary Gates, Joel Marks, Bob Stead and
Jim Webster. Staff present: J. Brent McFall, City Manager; Sandra
Driscoll, city Attorney, and Maureen Swaney, City Clerk.

LEGISLATNE PACKAGE
Sheryl Trent, Management Assistant, presented the legislative
package. After comments from the councilmembers, changes will be
made and the package will be submitted for action at the December
17, 1991 council meeting.

Consultants updated the council on the City Center Park and Panther
Lake.
