A Study Session of the Federal Way City Council was held in city
council Chambers, Federal Way City Hall, 33530 First Way south,
Federal Way, on the 14th day of November, 1991, at the hour of 7:00
p.m. Councilmembers present: Mayor Debra Ertel, Deputy Mayor Mary
Gates, Jim Handmacher, Lynn Templeton, Joel Marks, Bob Stead and
Jim Webster. Staff present: J. Brent McFall, City Manager and
Maureen swaney, city Clerk.
I.
BUDGET PRESENTATIONS
Joe stevens, Parks and Human Services Director, continued his
budget presentation which had started on October 8,1991.
Kenneth Nyberg, Assistant City Manager, presented the Department of
Community Development budget proposal.
Mr. McFall reminded the Council that the budget public hearing is
set for November 26, 1991, at 7:00 p.m.
