CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION

CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A Study Session city council meeting was called to order by Mayor
Debbie Ertel, on the 6th day of Deoember, 1991, in council
Chambers, city of Federal Way, 33530 First Way South, Federal Way,
Washington, at the hour of 7:15 p.m. councilmembers present: Jim
Handmacher, Lynn Templeton, Deputy Mayor Mary Gates, Joel Marks,
Bob Stead and Jim Webster. Staff present: J. Brent McFall, City
Manager; Sandra Driscoll, City Attorney, and Maureen Swaney, City
Clerk.

BUDGET DELffiERA TIONS
The council continued to discuss the 1992 Preliminary Budget.
The meeting recessed at 8:05 p.m. and reconvened at 8:15 p.m.
Budget discussion continued.
