Mayor Ertel called the Special/Executive Session to order at the
hour of 8:37 p.m., on the 29th day of January, 1991, in Council
Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
Those present: Mayor Debra Ertel; Deputy Mayor Mary Gates;
Councilmembers Jim Handmacher, Lynn Templeton, Joel Marks, Bob
Stead, Jim Webster; City Manager J. Brent McFall; City Attorney
Sandra Driscoll.
Agenda: Evaluation of City Manager pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(g)
and potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(i).
Mayor Ertel adjourned the
Special/Executive Session at 9:30 p.m..
