CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Deputy Mayor Marks called the study session of the Federal Way City Council to order at the
hour of 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
Councilmembers Present: Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Council members Ray Tomlinson, Ron
Gintz, Skip Priest. Excused Absence: Mayor Bob Stead, Councilmembers Mary Gates, Lynn
Templeton.

DEPARTMENT PRESENTATIONS

- Hearing Examiner
- Personnel
- Finance
City Manager J. Brent McFall presented 1993 proposed budgets for the Departments of City
Council and City Manager; Assistant City Manager Stephen Anderson presented the proposed
budgets for the Hearing Examiner and Personnel Departments; Finance Director Deborah Larson
presented the Finance Department's proposed budget. All presentations were followed by a
question and answer period.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, Deputy Mayor Marks adjourned
the study session of the Federal Way City Council at the hour of 9:30 p.m..
