CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Stead called the study session of the Federal Way City Council to order at the hour of
7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Bob Stead, Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Councilmembers Ray
Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron Gintz, Lynn Templeton, Skip Priest.

DEPARTMENT PRESENTATION

- Police
- Capital Facilities Plan
City Attorney Carolyn Lake presented the Law Department's proposed 1993 budget; Assistant
City Manager Steve Anderson and Police Chief Bob Evans presented the proposed 1993 Police
Department budget; Finance Director Deborah Larson presented the Capital Facilities proposed
1993 budget. Each presentation was followed by a question and answer period.

There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Stead adjourned the study
session of the Federal Way City Council at the hour of 9:30 p.rn..
