CALL PICNIC TO ORDER
The City Council met in Study Session, on July 14, 1992, at Palisades Park, Federal Way,
Washington, for the purpose of a picnic to meet with local residents. Councilmembers present:
Mayor Robert Stead, Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Ray Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron Gintz and
Skip Priest. Councilmembers absent: Lynn Templeton (excused/Little League Game). Staff
present: J. Brent McFall, City Manager and Jann Hopkins, Acting City Clerk.
