CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Stead called the Federal Way City Council study session to
order at the hour of 6:01 p.m., in Council Chambers, City Hall,
Federal Way, Washington.
Council Present: Mayor Robert Stead, Deputy Mayor Joel Marks
and Councilmembers Ray Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron Gintz and
Mahlon Priest. Councilmember Lynn Templeton arrived at 6: 15
p.m..
City Staff Present: City Manager 1. Brent McFall, Acting City
Attorney Carolyn Lake, City Clerk Maureen Swaney and Deputy
City Clerk Chris Green.

Police Contract Status
Assistant City Manager Steve Anderson and Police Chief Robert
Evans presented an update on the 1992 Police Contract Services and
answered Councilmember questions.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor
Stead adjourned the study session of the Federal Way City Council
at the hour of 6:58 p.m..
