CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor stead called the Federal Way City Council study
session to order at the hour of 6:05 p.m., in Council
Chambers, city Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
Council Present: Mayor Bob stead, Deputy Mayor Joel
Marks and Councilmembers Ray Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron
Gintz, Lynn Templeton, Mahlon Priest.
city staff Present: city Manager J. Brent McFall, Acting
city Attorney Carolyn Lake and Deputy City Clerk Chris
Green.

PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION INTERVIEWS
Councilmembers interviewed Lisa Grimes, Jack Suchy and
Jim Baker for the Parks & Recreation Commission position.

RIGHT-OF-WAY ACTIVITY PERMIT
Public Works Director Philip Keightley presented a brief
report, but was unable to complete the information due to
lack of time available for the study session.
