CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Robert Stead called a study session of the Federal Way City Council, to order at the hour
of 7:30 p.m., on the 14th day of April, 1992, in Council Chambers, Federal Way City Hall,
Federal Way, Washington. Councilmembers present: Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Ray
Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron Gintz, Lynn Templeton and Skip Priest. Staff present: J. Brent
McFall, City Manager; Carolyn Lake, Acting City Attorney, and Maureen Swaney, City Clerk.
II.
EVERGREEN IP ANTHER LAKE MASTER PLAN
Consultants updated the Council on the captioned master plans.
The meeting recessed at 8:45 p.m. and reconvened at 8:50 p.m.

CAMPUS PARK MASTER PLAN
The Council was updated on the captioned master plan.
IV.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
The Council agreed to place this item on the next City Council meeting agenda; a Resolution
establishing the board.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
The Council agreed to place this item on the next City Council meeting agenda.
VI.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Council briefly discussed whether to amend the City's fIreworks sale ordinance. The
Council did not concur to amend the legislation. The Council was reminded their April 21, 1992
Regular City Council meeting will be held at Mark Twain Elementary School.
