CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Robert Stead called the Federal Way City Council Special Session to order at the hour
of 6:00 p.m., on the 28th day of April, 1992, in Council Chambers, Federal Way City Hall,
33530 First Way South, Federal Way, Washington. Councilmembers present: Deputy Mayor
Joel Marks, Ray Tomlinson, Ron Gintz, Lynn Templeton and Skip Priest. Councilmembers
absent: Mary Gates (excused). Note to Record: Councilmember Gates participated in the
Executive Session portion of this meeting by speakerphone. Staff present: Maureen Swaney,
City Clerk.
II.
EXECUTIVE SESSION - RCW 42.30. 110(g)
The Council recessed for 50 minutes, into Executive Session, until 6:50 p.m., for the purpose
of evaluating the City Manager.
At 6:50 p.m., the executive session was extended to 7:15 p.m.
At 7:15 p.m., the executive session was extended to 7:30 p.m.
At 7:30 p.m., the executive session was extended to 7:45 p.m.
At 7:45 p.m., the executive session was extended to 8:00 p.m.
The executive session recessed and the special session was reconvened at the hour of 8: 10 p.m.
