Mr. McFall responded to earlier concern by citizen
regarding adult entertainment clubs, stating the city's
ordinance conforms with that of the united states Supreme
Court; Federal Way cannot deny such facility if it
complies with the Code. The City has a zoning map
related to such facilities available to interested
citizens.
He reported the Parks Department and Water/Sewer District
are training for snow and ice sanding equipment usage.
City Manager McFall reminded Councilmembers of next
week's 6:00 p.m. study session call to order. He also
reminded them of an executive session prior to
adjournment.
