CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Stead opened the study session of the Federal Way City Council at 7:35 a.m., in Council
Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Bob Stead, Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Councilmembers Ray
Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron Gintz. Excused Absence: Council members Lynn Templeton, Skip
Priest.

DEPARTMENT PRESENTATIONS
Director Joe Stevens presented the Parks/Recreation Department's proposed 1994 budget, with
the assistance of members from the Parks/Recreation and Arts Commissions.
