Hi Stacey,
We have resubmitted the Building B early clear and grade plans today, addressing your comments below, and I wanted to send you an email response letter instead of a formal response letter,
since it was pretty straight forward.
1. Sheet TR-01 is missing a label for Wetland DP.
The label has been added.
1. Areas of vegetation proposed to remain undisturbed as shown on Sheet TR-01 need to match or exceed Sheet TR-01 from the land use application. Several areas no longer show that
labelling and cross-hatching.
The areas of vegetation proposed to remain undisturbed have been revised to match Sheet TR-01 from the land use to the maximum extend feasible. The main changes we made is to show the
undisturbed areas around the pond, the remaining large undisturbed areas and managed forest buffer are the same.
1. Remove the Woodbridge Corporate Park text from the proposed haul route document.
The text was removed from the haul route letter.

Just wanted to update you on Community Development’s review of the Woodbridge Building B Engineering Permit (EN). The city has authorized our consultant, ESA, to review the wetland report
that was submitted with the Building B EN and to review the EN and the Building Permit for Building B for compliance with critical areas related conditions from the land use and SEPA
decisions. Planning staff have comments on the Building B EN submittal, and will combine them with the comments from ESA once received and provide them to you at that time.
