MINUTES
Mayor Stead convened the study session/retreat of the Federal Way City Council on July 14,
1993, in facilities located at Robinswood Park, Bellevue, Washington.
Councilmembers present: Mayor Bob Stead, Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Councilmembers Ray
Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron Gintz, Lynn Templeton, Skip Priest.
Staff present: City Manager J. Brent McFall, Assistant City Managers Kenneth Nyberg and
Steve Anderson, Facilitator Michael Pendleton.
Discussion focused on project prioritization issues. The retreat's agenda is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
