CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Stead opened the study session of the Federal Way City Council at 7:30 a.m., in Council
Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
Council members Present: Mayor Bob Stead, Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Council members Ray
Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron Gintz, Lynn Templeton, Skip Priest.

CITY SHAPE UPDATE
Long Range Planning Manager Larry Springer presented Council members with an updated status
report on the CityShape project, in follow-up to his earlier report delivered to Council on August
31, 1993.
