CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Stead opened the study session of the Federal Way City Council at 7:30 a.m., in Council
Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Bob Stead, Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Councilmembers Ray
Tomlinson, Mary Gates, Ron Gintz, Lynn Templeton, Skip Priest.

DEPARTMENT PRESENTATIONS
City Manager 1. Brent McFall presented the City Council's and City Manager's proposed 1994
budget. City Attorney Carolyn Lake presented the Law Department's proposed 1994 budget.
Assistant City Manager Steve Anderson presented the Community Outreach/Policy Planning
proposed 1994 budget.
