CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Deputy Mayor Marks opened the study session of the Federal Way City Council at 7:30 a.m.,
in Council Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
Councilmembers Present: Deputy Mayor Joel Marks, Council members Ray Tomlinson, Mary
Gates, Ron Gintz, Skip Priest. Excused Absence: Mayor Bob Stead, Council member Lynn
Templeton.

DEPARTMENT PRESENTATIONS
Assistant City Manager Kenneth E. Nyberg presented the Community Development Services
Department's proposed 1994 budget. Director Deborah Larson presented the Management
Services Department's proposed 1994 budget.
