CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Gates opened the Joint Federal Way City CounciVState Legislative meeting, at 9: 10 a.m.,
in Council Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
City Council present: Mary Gates, Mike Park, Skip Priest and Jack Dovey.
City Staff present: Deputy City Manager Philip Keightley, City Attorney Londi Lindell, City
Clerk Chris Green, Traffic Engineer Saeid Daniari and Senior Management Assistant Dena
Laurent.
Legislators present: State Senator Ray Schow; State Representative Maryann Mitchell and Chris
McCabe on behalf of State Representative Tim Hickel.
