Mayor Priest opened the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council at 7:35 p,m" in Council
Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington,
City Council present: Mayor Skip Priest, Deputy Mayor Hope Elder, Councilmembers Mary
Gates, Phil Watkins, Michael Park, Ron Gintz and Jack Dovey.
City Staff present: City Manager Ken Nyberg, Deputy City Manager Philip Keightley, City
Attorney Londi Lindell and Recording Clerk/Secretary Sandy Lyle,

EXECUTIVE SESSION

At 7:36 p,m" Mayor Priest recessed the special meeting to convene the executive session.

ADJOURNMENT
At 8:08 p,m., Mayor Priest adjourned the executive session; reconvened and adjourned the special
meeting with no action taken.
