I.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Priest opened the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council at 2:00 p.m., in Council
Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
City Council present: Mayor Skip Priest, Deputy Mayor Hope Elder; Councilmembers Jack
Dovey, Mary Gates and Phil Watkins. Councilmembers Gintz' and Park's absences were
excused.
City staff present: City Manager Ken Nyberg, City Attorney Londi Lindell and Deputy City
Manager Philip Keightley.
II.
EXECUTIVE SESSIONIPROPERTY ACQUISITIONIPURSUANT TO
RCW 42.30.110(1)(b)
Council went into executive session after the meeting was called to order.
III.
ADJOURNMENT
Council came out of executive session, no action was taken and the meeting was adjourned
at 4:05 p.m.
